This website and related services are designed to educate and assist you in taking fabulous vacations curated by RCR GlobalWorld Travel, LLC (aka RCR GlobalWorld Travel).
Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to RCR GlobalWorld Travel. We offer this website, including all information, travel products (trips or destinations), tools and services available from this site to you (referred to as ‘traveler), the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices, general terms/conditions/policies provided by RCR GlobalWorld travel and stated herein.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing travel related services from RCR GlobalWorld Travel, you/the traveler engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the terms, policies and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”. Terms of Service or Service refer to all travel-related services and products, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation, users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, suppliers and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these general conditions and policies carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Any new features or tools which are added to the site shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
SECTION 1 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
You understand that your/the traveler content may be transferred encrypted or unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
SECTION 2 – TRAVEL AGREEMENT
RCR GlobalWorld Travel curates travel related products, to include, but not limited to transportation (land and air), hospitality accommodations, travel excursions and tours through third-party vendors and suppliers. All terms and conditions of the travel agreement are provided by third party vendors and are communicated to the traveler in writing, electronically through the email address provided by the traveler. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure the email provided to RCR GlobalWorld Travel is complete, accurate and operational.
The policies and operating rules posted by RCR GlobalWorld Travel on this site will constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you/the traveler and RCR GlobalWorld Travel will govern the use of service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you/the traveler and RCR GlobalWorld Travel (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
The travel ‘the travel quote is the basis of the travel agreement’, and contains the itinerary to include (but not limited to): the number of parties, travel destination, travel dates, transportation (air land), hospitality accommodations cost(s) of travel, deposit amount(s), payment dates (deposit, recurring and final).
The price outlined/provided in the travel quote is not guaranteed until deposit and or full payment has been received by RCR GlobalWorld Travel. Deposits are non-refundable. It is the traveler’s responsibility to read the travel quote in its entirety and respond to RCR GlobalWorld in writing (email), any changes/modification and acceptance in writing (email) acceptance of the terms and conditions as provided.
SECTION 3 – PAYMENT
Upon acceptance of the terms and conditions of the travel quote, the traveler is responsible for a non-refundable deposit. RCR GlobalWorld Travel, LLC uses PayPal Merchant Services to accept payment by credit or debit cards, to include (but not limited to) VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payment is also accepted by check and online payment platforms, to include, but not limited to Zelle, CashApp or Venmo. Credit card information is encrypted during transfer over RCR GlobalWorld Travel and its third-party vendor networks.
It is the traveler’ responsibility to present valid payment methods. Any default in payment will result in the full payment amount, along with any banking fees or non-acceptance owed to RCR GlobalWorld Travel. We reserve the right to use, and/or change payment platforms at any time, with or without notice.
SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our travel products (“service”) are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you/traveler or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. Prices are not guaranteed until deposit and or full payment is received as outlined in the terms and conditions of the travel agreement.
SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products/travel services (referred to as trips and or travel destinations) may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to change based upon availability.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our travel products (“service”) to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of travel products “service” or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
RCR GlobalWorld Travel does not warrant that the quality of any travel products (“service”) or information related to the travel destination, obtained by you/the traveler will meet you/the traveler’s expectations, or that any errors in the ‘service’ will be corrected.
SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You/the traveler agree to provide current, complete and accurate account information for all travel related transactions, to include but not limited to: name, address, telephone number, email, DOB, driver’s license, passport, payment method (check, credit and debit cards) and all expiration dates.
You/the traveler agree to promptly update your account and other information, as outlined above, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
SECTION 7 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
RCR GlobalWorld Travel uses travel suppliers and vendors to curate all travel trip offerings. All information provided is subject to change, with or without notice.
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current.
The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information from RCR GlobalWorld Travel team members. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your/the traveler’s responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the ‘Service’ that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. RCR GlobalWorld Travel, LLC reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information in the “service” or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
RCR GlobalWorld Travel undertakes no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the “service” or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the “service” or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the “service” or on any related website has been modified or updated.
SECTION 9 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
RCR GlobalWorld Travel may provide you/the traveler with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You/the traveler acknowledge and agree that RCR GlobalWorld Travel provides access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement.RCR GlobalWorld Travel shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
RCR GlobalWorld Travel may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.

RCR GlobalWorld Travel does not guarantee, represent or warrant that your/the traveler’s use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
RCR GlobalWorld Travel does not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. (Please refer to our guarantees disclaimer in Section 16).
You/the traveler expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the ‘service’ is at your sole discretion and risk. The “service” and all travel products and services delivered to you through the website are (except as expressly stated by RCR GlobalWorld Travel, LLC) provided “as is” and “as available” for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions as outlined in the terms and conditions of the travel agreement.
SECTION 12 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you/the traveler shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cook County, Illinois, United States.
SECTION 13 – PERSONAL INFORMATION
The submission of personal information through the RCR GlobalWorld Travel, LLC website is governed by our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 14 – PRIVACY POLICY
All traveler information to include, but not limited to: name, address, telephone number, email, DOB, driver’s license, passport, payment method (check, credit and debit cards) and all expiration dates, are used for the sole purpose of the travel agreement and remain confidential to RCR GlobalWorld Travel and its third-party vendors. Credit card information is encrypted during transfer over RCR GlobalWorld Travel and its third-party vendor networks.
RCR GlobalWorld Travel may from time to time use traveler account information for purposes of marketing new travel products or services. RCR GlobalWorld Travel does not sell user information to third-party vendors, suppliers, or marketers.
SECTION 15 – NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE DISCLAIMER
The information contained in or made available through this website (including but not limited to information contained on blog posts, in text files, videos, programs, products, newsletters) cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in the travel industry. You/the traveler alone are responsible and accountable for the interpretations, decisions, and subsequent actions by your use of this website, you agree not to attempt to hold RCR GlobalWorld Travel, LLC liable for any such decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance.
SECTION 16 – GUARANTEES DISCLAIMER
RCR GlobalWorld Travel does not provide any guarantees or warranties related to any travel related components to include (but not limited to): third-party links and tools, airline carrier; transportation companies; hospitality accommodation; tour and excursion providers; travel destination; weather conditions, etc.

You/the traveler can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. RCR GlobalWorld Travel, LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your/the traveler’s responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your/the traveler’s continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
