General Questions

Is RCR Global World Travel a certified and licensed company?

Yes, we are certified with CCRA Travel Commerce Network and TRUE as an accredited travel agency.

What are your hours of operation?

Our phone hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 6 pm CST. We are available via email at [email protected]. We respond to all emails received within 24 hours.

Do you provide travel quotes for private trips?

Yes we do provide quotes for individuals or groups travel experiences. Is there a cost for travel quotes?

Yes. There is a $100 travel research fee for all private travel quotes and a $250 travel research fee for groups of 10 more people.

Are research fees refundable?

Travel research fees are paid in advance and travel research fees are not refundable. What happens to the research fee?

Upon acceptance of the travel quote, terms and conditions of the quote, and payment of the non-refundable deposit as outlined in the payment terms and conditions with RCR GlobalWorld Travel, the travel research fee will be applied to the total cost of the trip.llamcorper vel ut dui. What happens after I accept the travel quote and I am ready to make my travel reservation?

Once you agree/acknowledge the terms and conditions for/of the travel quote, travel quests are required to make a non-refundable deposit to secure the travel quote that was provided. NOTE: All travel quotes are not guaranteed or final until deposit/payment is received. Once you/the traveler makes a reservation/accepts the terms and conditions of the quote, the travel quest will then receive an account summary/itinerary that will list the details of your travel (as applicable) to include total amount of the trip, deposit/s amount/s, dates, transportation, hotel accommodations, cruise lines, rental cars, excursions, etc.

When will I receive the itinerary for my trip?

Upon receipt of all payments (deposit, installment, final) RCR GlobalWorld Travel will finalize each travel guest/s account summary/itinerary. Itineraries are sent to each travel guest 30 days before the travel event and is forwarded via email. vel quests are required to make a non-refundable deposit to secure the travel quote that was provided. NOTE: All travel quotes are not guaranteed or final until deposit/payment is received. Once you/the traveler makes a reservation/accepts the terms and conditions of the quote, the travel quest will then receive an account summary/itinerary that will list the details of your travel (as applicable) to include total amount of the trip, deposit/s amount/s, dates, transportation, hotel accommodations, cruise lines, rental cars, excursions, etc.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express and Zelle online banking.

Do you provide refunds?

No, we do not provide refunds. Each travel guest is required to accept the terms and conditions before reservation is accepted. All (first) deposits are non-refundable. As life situations can occur at any time, to protect your investment, each travel guest is encouraged to purchase travel insurance. lamcorper vel ut dui. When is my first deposit due?

Based on the dates of travel, and the terms and conditions of the travel agreement, the deposit/first payment will be due as outlined in the account/itinerary summaryullamcorper vel ut dui. Can I make payments on/for a travel event after the initial date of payment?

Yes, you can make payment for any travel event at any time based on availability. Do I have to make a payment every month?

Travel guests are free to make installment payments on a monthly basis to meet the final payment date set forth in the travel agreement. However, the full amount of the travel event must be paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the travel agreement. The standard final payment date is usually within a 45-90 day period prior to the departure date of the travel event, or as outlined in the travel agreement.

What are travel requirements?

Travel requirements are the rules and guidelines in place for all travelers. Beginning in 2025 there are many changes in the travel requirements for all forms of travel: domestically and international. Do I need a passport?

For trips within the continental United States (Hawaii and all U.S. territories), a real ID or valid passport is required for all travelers. For international travel, a passport and a visa may be required. If using a passport, it is the travelers responsibility to ensure that the passport is valid 6 months past the date the travel event ends. If the traveler’s passport will expire within the 6-month date post-travel, it is the traveler’s responsibility to apply for a new passport in a timely manner, and to provide the new passport information to RCR GlobalWorld Travel (as required) by the ‘Final Payment’ due date. If the traveler is unable to attend the trip due to an expired passport, any payment/s refund due will be based on the cancellation policies as of the date of withdrawal from the trip.RCR GlobalWorld Travel strongly recommends all travelers to purchase travel cancellation insurance to protect against this type of cancellation. are many changes in the travel requirements for all forms of travel: domestically and international. Will I need a visa to travel to any of the destinations?

Visa requirements differ from destination to destination. RCR Global World Travel will inform the travel guest if there are any visa requirements for the travel event at the time of acceptance of the travel quote. It is the traveler’s responsibility to apply and be approved for the visa. RCR GlobalWorld Travel will provide instructions and deadlines for applying for a visa, however RCR Global World Travel is unable to apply for visas on behalf of travelers. If the traveler is unable to attend the trip due to the failure to receive a visa, any payment/s (refund due) will be based on the cancellation policies as of the date of withdrawal from the trip. RCR GlobalWorld Travel strongly recommends all travelers to purchase travel cancellation insurance to protect against this type of cancellation

Do I need travel insurance?

Travel insurance is strongly advised and recommended. There are many travel insurance providers, with many coverage options. Any questions about what travel insurance does or does not cover should be addressed directly to the travel insurance company. RCR GlobalWorld Travel does not provide travel insurance. Personal medical insurance generally may or may not cover travelers in every instance, especially when traveling outside of the United States. To cover the risk of a medical emergency or accident while traveling, travel guests should consider purchasing medical evacuation insurance.

    Arrival, Transfers and Delays

    Travelers are responsible for allowing sufficient time to arrive at the departure point (airport, train station, bus station or cruise berth) to ensure that luggage is checked and the travel is on time for the departure. The standard time for airport arrival is 2 hours prior to departure for domestic flights and cruise lines, and 3 hours prior to departure for international flights. In terms of other modes of transportation, arrival time varies between 1-2 hours.

     

    Travelers who are delayed for whatever reason are responsible for notifying RCR GlobalWorld Travel of their situation and to communicate as to their anticipated arrival time. Delayed travelers are responsible for making other travel arrangements as soon as possible, and at their own expense, if their arrival occurs after the last scheduled arrival time and/or transfer.

     

    For group travel, RCR GlobalWorld Travel will not delay the departure of the group for travelers arriving after the designated departure time as listed in the individual travel itinerary.

     

    On group trips,  where scheduled transfers are provided, travelers who elect to take alternate transportation, for any reason, will not be reimbursed for the transfer expense incurred.
